Orientation Details

Orientation for the Honors Interdisciplinary Senior Design (EF 437–438) program will take place in two parts.

  1. Canvas course and projects preview. Review Module 0 of the EF 437 Canvas course. Access the Canvas course.
  2. Course and projects review. First class meeting, Wednesday August 23, 5:20 p.m., ZEC 171/177. Preview of projects.

Course and projects review

During the first class meeting the instructor will provide a brief overview of the EF 437 course and the project selection process. Faculty project mentors (“coaches”) will discuss projects with students. Students will complete project selection ranking forms. The coaches and the course instructor will use the student input to form the project teams. Team configuration will be available prior to the second class meeting. The process for announcing the team membership is TBD.
